Our dark fine flavour cocoa chocolates consists of two ingredients: Fine flavour cocoa and cane sugar.
Our light fine flavour cocoa chocolates consists of three ingredients: Fine cocoa, cane sugar and whole milk. The Madagascar 55% variety contains cream powder instead of whole milk.
We also add cocoa butter to our chocolates to achieve an optimal melting. We do not use soy and sunflower lecithins.
