Can I adjust or cancel my order at a later date?

Yes, if your items have not yet been packed, it is possible to cancel or change the order details at a later date. Please contact our customer service immediately via e-mail service@rausch.de or by calling +49 30 757 880 (toll-free from Germany, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 or chargeable from abroad on +49 30 757 880).

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to add additional products to an order that has already been placed; in this case, a new/additional order is required.
