How do I report a complaint?

If you are at any point unsatisfied with our products or service, we ask that you contact us directly.

Please send us an e-mail to service@rausch.de with the reason for your complaint and your order or customer number. Ideally, please send us a photo of the defective goods. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you always have the possibility to contact us by phone at +49 30 757 880 from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm.
