Where can I redeem my coupon code?

You can redeem your coupon code on the last order page (3 submit order) during the checkout process. Enter your voucher code here and then click 'Apply' and your voucher code will be redeemed. Alternatively, you can also check voucher codes under "My account".

After successful acceptance of the coupon code, the discount or product addition is immediately displayed. If this is not the case, please contact us.

Please note the following when entering the voucher:

• Correct spelling (upper or lower case as well as digits or numbers), without spaces
• Minimum order value
• From 49 Euro value of goods free shipping within Germany
• Period of validity
• For certain recipients, e.g. new customers
• Vouchers and the subscription are excluded from any voucher promotions
• Only one code can be applied per order
• No partial redemption
• Cannot be applied on shipping fees or on refrigerated shipping
